Mercedita M. Rodriguez is an analytical and accomplished professional with more than 15 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams, directing financial and management operations, liaising with departments functions, and delivering corporate leadership and guidance. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing operational and financial strategies, initiatives, and processes to increase revenue and accomplish designated business targets.

Mercy, as she is fondly called, has a stellar record of maximizing financial and operational performance, while minimizing potential costs and risks for organizations. She has demonstrated success administering financial reporting and tax management.

She also has wide experience in providing assurance services to clients, both domestic and foreign corporations.

Mercy is a Certified Public Accountant. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the San Pedro College of Business Administration and her Master in Business Administration Top Executive Program from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

Jane Kamille V. Gonzales has been in the industry for more than ten (10) years now. As the audit manager of the Firm, she is responsible for ensuring that audit is in compliance with the Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and the Philippine Standards on Auditing (PSA). In the course of her professional experience, Jane has been able to persistently expose herself across different industries such as but not limited to manufacturing, construction, forwarding and logistics, trading, business process outsourcing, non-stock, non-profit organizations, holding companies, restaurants, law offices, shipping agencies, licensing, leasing, lending companies, and financial institutions, to name a few. Some of the clients that she has handled are multinational companies which have parent companies located across continents particularly in Asia, Europe and the United States of America, thus allowing her to observe and adopt best practices in audit, accounting, payroll and compliance.

Jane is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned her degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, as an academic scholar and Cum Laude from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa in 2012.

Elizah Faye G. Alcantara earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology from Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna in 2020 and joined the Firm in the same year. She has since gained experience handling a diverse client portfolio, both local and international, across industries such as leasing, management, software consultancy, and wholesaling.

As a Manager for Business Support, Faye oversees the preparation and review of financial statements, ensures timely tax compliance, and delivers relevant financial reports to support client needs. She maintains high standards of accuracy and reliability in financial information while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

She leads her team by providing clear guidance and support, promoting efficiency and accountability in service delivery. Faye upholds the core principles of the profession, demonstrating integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, and due care in all engagements.

Catherine B. Redoña  is the Corporate Services Manager of the Firm, with extensive experience in corporate compliance, regulatory advisory, corporate governance, and business registration services. She has led and managed a broad range of engagements involving company incorporations, corporate amendments, business permit applications and renewals, transfers of shares of stock, capital restructuring, corporate secretarial services, business retirement, corporate winding-up, and dissolution projects.

Throughout her career, Catherine has worked with clients across various industries, including wholesale & retail, business process outsourcing (BPO), professional services, IT, real estate, financing & lending, and holding companies.

Prior to joining the Firm, Catherine held positions in multinational companies specializing in business information, risk management, business consulting, and business process outsourcing, where she gained experience in project management, process improvement, operations, and client service.

As Corporate Services Manager, Catherine oversees the planning, execution, and quality control of corporate engagements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. She is committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, accuracy, efficiency, and client service while mentoring and developing team members to deliver consistent and reliable results.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, Major in Legal Transcription, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Manila. She has also completed the Corporate Secretary as Corporate Governance Professionals program conducted by the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Gilbert L. Morfe is the Corporate Support Services Manager of the Firm and his main role is to ensure the integrity of computer and IT systems in order to protect the data of the company’s clients. Gilbert is in charge of overseeing all the IT systems and all technology related matters within the Firm, to help in ensuring processes are smoothly running to let MCC’s professional experts do what they do best. He likewise monitors the overall compliance of the firm to the established policies and procedures in handling electronic information of clients. He has developed a customized system of the firm that tracks clients’ updates for effective management and handling of accounts.

He is an experienced IT practitioner with solid experience working for companies across different industries. Through this, he has been able to develop several management information systems which range from booking and finished goods inventory systems, inventory transaction recording systems, production performance monitoring systems, sales-to-marketing monitoring systems, among many others.

He has technical experience concerning database system design, implementation and maintenance, network administration of Windows DNS servers, to name a few.

Gilbert obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the STI College Edsa Crossing in 2007.
