SENIOR AUDIT MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Oversee client accounting processes, tax filings, and compliance requirements
  • Manage workflows to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate directly with clients and internal teams
  • Prepare financial reports, BIR forms, and other government filings
  • Ensure service delivery within client-agreed parameters
  • Assist with payroll processing and address client queries
  • Perform account reconciliations, schedules, and research applicable regulations

AUDIT SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in external audit and team supervision
  • Strong understanding of auditing standards and risk assessment
  • Excellent leadership and client communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to lead audits from planning to completion under pressure

AUDIT ASSOCIATE

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • At least 1 year experience in private or public accounting
  • Knowledgeable in basic audit procedures and IFRS
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

SENIOR BUSINESS SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (TEAM LEADER POSITION)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Business-related course
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong technical knowledge in accounting and tax compliance
  • Capable of leading and coaching a team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion

ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Business-related course
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and tax compliance
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

TAX ASSOCIATE

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related business course
  • With or without experience; background in taxation or bookkeeping is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in tax principles and general ledger reconciliation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Willing to work under pressure in a dynamic tax environment

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Business-related course
  • At least 1 year experience in payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance
  • Proficient in Excel and other payroll-related software
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Discreet in handling confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

CORPORATE SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • Strong knowledge of SEC, BIR, LGU, and government compliance processes
  • Experience in business registration, renewal, termination, and corporate secretarial work
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • At least 1-2 years
  •  of administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and general office tasks (filing, scanning, scheduling)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work under pressure and handle confidential information
  • Proactive and customer-oriented attitude
