Established in 2009, Morfe, Ceneta & Co., CPAs (“MCC”) is a Philippine-based professional partnership of Certified Public Accountants providing accounting, auditing, tax, and corporate support services. The Firm operates in accordance with applicable technical and professional standards and performs services relating to financial reporting, regulatory requirements, and corporate compliance.
MCC provides audit and assurance services, tax compliance services, advisory services, business registration assistance, corporate governance support, accounting and bookkeeping, and payable and treasury management. The Firm has been appointed as the Independent Certified Public Accountant (ICPA) in cases before the Court of Tax Appeals involving tax assessments and VAT refund matters.
MCC is a member of Geneva Group International (GGI), an international network of professional firms. The Firm is accredited and/or registered with the Professional Regulatory Board of Accountancy (PRC-BOA), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). The Firm and its partners are accredited tax practitioners authorized to represent taxpayers in administrative tax matters.
